Born in Colombia, South America, raised in Silver Spring, Maryland Jose began his career in residential remodeling before finding his way into the commercial construction field.  After a long 20+ year career in commercial construction he has found his way back to residential remodeling with JSerrano Construction (JSC). As a senior superintendent for several DC based large commercial construction firms, Jose directly managed projects ranging from small interior build outs/additions to large scale base building work.  His experience, work ethic and depth of knowledge has contributed to his success with JSC.  Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism Jose has continued to develop strong professional partnerships based on reliability and integrity.  These characteristics along with a deep rooted tie to the DC Metro area have enabled Jose to become a trusted partner to his clients.
